Equality in and through Sport

EWS Strategic Goals:

• Leadership
  EWS is the voice for women and sport in Europe. By providing guidance to Europe's strategic sports bodies, it will help them deliver quality sport through equality in sport
  
• Partnership
  EWS is a free standing group which aims to achieve its goals through partners. By building relationships and supporting pan-European bodies, EWS will help them identify and target those groups that are least able to access sporting opportunities.
  
• Influence
  There is still a need to explain and provide evidence of under representation and unequal opportunity in sport. EWS will disseminate research and best practice in gender equality in sport so that strategic sports organisations can make informed decisions for maximum benefit.
